Service 01

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a durable, long-lasting finishing process that uses dry powder instead of liquid paint. It's applied electrostatically and cured under heat to create a finish that's far tougher than conventional paint.

Our Process

We start with thorough surface prep and cleaning, followed by media blasting when needed. Parts are pre-baked to remove contaminants, coated in a controlled environment, and then cured in our industrial oven to ensure maximum adhesion and durability.

Media Blasting

Media blasting is a surface preparation method that uses abrasive materials to clean and prepare parts for coating. It removes rust, old paint, and contaminants from metal, leaving a clean, textured surface for better coating adhesion.

Our Process

We assess each part's material and condition to choose the right abrasive media. Items are blasted in a controlled environment to achieve the perfect finish for coating or restoration.

Pickup & Delivery

To make your experience even more convenient, we offer pickup and delivery service for your parts. Whether you're a hobbyist, restorer, or business, we'll handle transportation to and from our facility.
